Professional guidance ensures that your new addition not only looks great but also meets all safety standards. It's a significant enhancement to your home. Getting expert advice is the best first step. We're here to help you get that clarity.

What affects the price

Fireplace pricing depends on your specific setup. If you already have a gas line or a chimney in place, the work is much simpler and cheaper. Installing from scratch requires more labor, including framing, venting, and finishing work with stone or tile. The type of unit—whether it is gas, wood, or electric—also changes the budget significantly. Larger units or custom hearth designs naturally add to the cost compared to basic inserts. We can discuss your project details and get exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

This cost is determined by the complexity of the mounting or framing required for your electric unit. A simple wall-mounted unit is usually less expensive to install than a recessed model that requires drywall work and electrical upgrades. If your project involves custom cabinetry or significant electrical wiring, your total will increase. While prices vary, they are typically in the hundreds to low thousands. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

Summer might seem unusual for fireplace work, but it is actually the most efficient time to renovate. Contractors are often less busy, meaning you get more attention and faster installation times. By tackling this project now, you skip the waitlists that pop up once the temperature drops. You will be fully prepared well before the first frost arrives.
